ABOUT SABRINA

Sabrina Williams, MBA is the owner of R&S Consultant Group LLC and Founder & President of Reach Walk Climb Inc. She is also an author, veteran, entrepreneur, nonprofit founder, certified HR professional, confidence coach, and creator of the S-H-I-N-E™️ Framework.

Sabrina is passionate about championing the self-worth of women and other minorities. She utilizes her signature S-H-I-N-E Framework ™ to walk individuals through a systematic process that supports them to stop limiting themselves and level up their confidence, so they can live a life of purpose. Sabrina advocates for women and other minorities to amplify their voices and embrace their talents.

Sabrina’s accolades include serving in the United States Army, CEO of R & S Consultant Group LLC, and the Founder & President of Reach Walk Climb, Inc., a nonprofit organization. During her lifetime of educational pursuits, she earned a Master of Business Administration through the Executive MBA Program at Texas Woman’s University and she attained certifications as a professional in human resources.

Sabrina has implemented multiple corporate-wide programs, facilitated various workshops, spoke on panels, led teams, and sat on non-profit boards. She prides herself in championing the knowledge and understanding of diversity & inclusion and is an advocate of education and training programs. After working 20 years as a human resources professional, experiencing and witnessing the challenges that stifle upward mobility and personal success for diverse individuals, she became more energized to serve as a catalyst for positive change. Her role as an AVP of Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion truly opened her eyes to the opportunities for change. Sabrina finally found the courage to step into her true purpose and decided it was time for her to show up and shine a light for others to follow.
